The Beverly West (1200 Club View Drive, Los Angeles, 90024) is a Tier 1, 22-story residential boutique building. Located at the eastern border ot the 1.2-mile Wilshire Corridor, the high-rise has the smallest unit count of the buildings in our Wilshire Corridor Directory.

High-rises typically utilize shared corridors, but Beverly West is engineered with structural cores supporting direct-to-unit security elevators. This architecture eliminates shared, non-lobby hallways. Privacy and security are fundamental to design and the amenity framework.

Project partner Porcelanosa states, "All the homes in Beverly West are decorated with custom-made pieces by Armani/Casa or Giorgetti, Italian marble and natural oak floors, custom-made woodwork and L'Antic Colonial's sophisticated mosaics in natural stone."
